The Presidents' Chamber
This bedchamber is probably the room used by Mr. and Mrs. Tucker as their personal sleeping room, as evidenced by the presence of two closets.
Beautifully appointed with a walnut, four-poster queen-sized bed, wonderful antiques (some of which are family pieces) and a decorative fireplace, this room offers views of both the front and rear of the property, as well as the garden.
A special feature of this room is the collection of portraits of many of our country's early presidents, including Presidents Abraham Lincoln and Zachary Taylor, both from Kentucky.
The adjoining bathroom features a large whirlpool tub with shower and a washstand adapted for modern use.
